We use the service providers below to operate Tailored AI. Each one processes data only as necessary to provide the service, under contracts requiring equivalent data protection. This list is maintained as our providers change, and it is the current list.

| Anthropic | AI processing. Runs the models behind workflow execution, classification and chat. | Text and file content you submit for a workflow, plus conversation history. |
| OpenAI | Embeddings. Turns your documents into the vectors that make them searchable. | Document and message text submitted for indexing. |
| Supabase | Database and authentication. The primary store for platform data. | All platform data, including account records and workflow outputs. |
| Railway | Application hosting. Runs the application that serves your requests. | Request and response content in transit during processing. |
| Cloudflare R2 | Object storage. Holds uploaded files, generated deliverables and templates. | Uploaded documents and generated files. |
| Amazon Web Services | Backup storage. Holds the daily encrypted export of the canonical platform tables (Amazon S3, region us-east-2). | A complete daily copy of the canonical platform tables, retained 14 days. |
| Resend | Email delivery. Sends transactional and notification email. | Recipient email addresses and message content. |
| Composio | Third-party integrations. Brokers the connections to services you choose to link. | Integration credentials and the data exchanged with the services you connect. |
| Stripe | Payments and billing. | Billing contact details and subscription records. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by us. |
| Sentry | Error monitoring. Reports application faults so we can fix them. | Technical error reports, which may incidentally include request context. |
