Workflows

How to find, run, and customize workflows.

What are workflows?

Workflows are pre-built operations that produce deliverables: content calendars, monthly reports, QBR decks, proposals, SOPs, and more. Each workflow is tailored to your industry and uses your brand voice, client context, and connected data.

You can run workflows from the Chat page (natural language) or from the Workflows page (browse and select).

Using the chat

The chat is the fastest way to run a workflow. Just describe what you need in plain language:

  • “Build a content calendar for Q3”
  • “Write a monthly report for Greenfield Services”
  • “Create a QBR deck for our biggest client”

The system identifies the right workflow, runs it, and shows you the output. If it needs clarification, it will ask — but it tries to produce output first with what it knows.

Structured input forms

Some workflows have structured input forms that appear when you select them from the Workflows page. These forms collect specific information (client name, date range, budget) to produce more targeted output.

Forms are optional — you can always use the chat instead. But forms ensure every required field is filled in before the workflow runs.

Editing outputs

After a workflow runs, you can edit the output two ways:

  • Edit with AI — Describe what to change (“make it shorter”, “add a section about social media”) and the system rewrites it for you.
  • Edit directly — Edit the text yourself in the preview area.

Both save your changes immediately. You can switch between modes at any time.

Exporting

Export your output in the format your client expects:

  • PDF — Professional document, ready to email or present
  • PowerPoint (PPTX) — Slide deck with your branding
  • Excel / CSV — Data tables and spreadsheets
  • Email draft — Sent directly to your Gmail or Outlook drafts
