Understanding credits and plans.

How credits work

Every workflow execution and email processing uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period.

Credit costs vary by workflow complexity — a simple content draft costs fewer credits than a multi-step financial report. The exact cost is shown after each execution in your usage dashboard.

Plans

Plans determine your monthly credit allowance, available features, and support level:

  • Pilot (free) — Limited credits for testing the platform. All core features available.
  • Starter — For individuals and small teams. Includes email pipeline and standard workflows.
  • Professional — Higher credit allowance, all integrations, priority support.
  • Enterprise — Custom credits, dedicated support, SLA, advanced security options.

Your usage

Check your current usage at Settings → Usage. You'll see:

  • Credits used this period vs. your allowance
  • Breakdown by workflow type
  • Daily usage chart

You'll receive an email notification when you're approaching your credit limit.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new credit allowance is available right away.

You can also purchase additional credit packs from the same page if you need a short-term boost without changing plans.
